A good friend once said, “we must be humbled, and stoop way down from the things of this world to catch a glimpse of that golden key to eternal life”.

The narrow gate is one that once entered is difficult but eternally rewarding. There are few who find this gate–for it is hidden in the cost. How many of us truly consider the cost of something before we embrace it?

Things are never perfect–and that is why we have one another–to take the perfectionism out of the imperfection and make us whole. To see the Creator in the eyes of the created.

This art is called “eternally minded”. For these 2 children seek their Master’s path and have found the gate that leads there. Hidden as it may seem, the children have found it in their innocence of desiring to just be with Jesus.

  1. This is a beautiful piece of art work and a wonderful post to go along with it! I love paintings. Last night my husband was sharing a beautiful thought with me, he shared that he looked up the word “presented” in the greek and the connotation is “to display”. His thoughts were that when we the believers are presented to Christ we will be on display as His beautiful pieces of artwork. Right now we are in the “works”, He has begun a good work in us, but we will be complete in the day of Christ Jesus. I love all the metaphors of artwork that scripture speaks of pertaining to us.
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.”
    Ephesians 2:10

    Blessings to you!!
