the depths of God…

depthsWhat do the depths of God look like? Is it so deep like the ocean that all seems black yet fashioned with great Light?

As the Israelites withdrew, Moses drew near to the thick darkness where God was. For darkness is His canopy as Light emmanates from Him.

I look up and ponder the depths of Him. We are fashioned in His image…though we are surrounded by darkness–His Light shineth bright within…where is the Light within, I ask? Is it just an ember that flickers so faint? Or is it blazing so great? Or has the Light become the ember coal that has lost the Flame of thy youth, I wonder…has darkness seeped inn and suffocated the Light of Christ in you?

Time passes quickly and the days ahead are few. Is your heart a beacon of Light or has the Light become a hue? Hurry, hurry back to your Master, He’s waiting there for you–don’t allow the things of this world to suffocate His Light in you. Take heed this day to what you read–for the hours are becoming few–no matter what the days behold–for He is coming soon! So let your Light so shine within that He may show His wonders and take not no more idols my friend!

His canopy around Him was dark waters
And thick clouds of the skies.

His thick clouds passed with hailstones and coals of fire. NKJV

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. NKJV
